Book a Community Navigator Session
WHAT THIS IS
You've probably been doing a lot of Googling. A lot of "is this normal?" at 11pm. A lot of trying things that almost work.
The Community Navigator session is a chance to sit down with someone who knows this territory and talk through what's actually happening with your child and your family — not in a clinical intake kind of way, but in a let's figure this out together kind of way.
We'll look at the full picture, not just the piece that's loudest right now. And you'll leave with a clear sense of what to do next — not a stack of pamphlets, but actual direction.
WHAT WE DO IN THE SESSION
We spend the time getting oriented — together. That looks like:
Naming what's really going on (not just the surface stuff)
Looking at patterns across your child, your home, your routines
Getting honest about what kind of support would actually help
Mapping out next steps that are realistic for your life
Connecting you to the right people or resources if that's what's needed
You walk away knowing what you're doing next. That's the whole point.
WHO THIS IS FOR
Mothers who are trying to support their kid but aren't sure what they're dealing with. Who've tried things. Who are holding a lot and could use someone to help them think through it — not tell them what to do, but think alongside them.
If you're tired of treading water and ready to get some traction, this is a good place to start.
WHAT YOU LEAVE WITH
A clear read on what's going on. A specific, practical next step. Confidence in the direction you're heading. And — honestly — a little relief from carrying it by yourself.
