The Community Navigator session is a chance to sit down with someone who knows this territory and help you make sense of it all—not in a clinical intake kind of way, but in a let's figure this out together kind of way.
We'll look at the full picture, not just the piece that's demanding your attention today. Then we'll help you identify your next best step, whether that's connecting with one of our providers, accessing community resources, or simply leaving with a clearer plan and more confidence than you walked in with.
What we do in a session:
We spend the time getting oriented—together.

Looking at patterns across your child, family, routines, school, and daily life.
Identifying what supports would make the biggest difference right now.
