Pediatric therapy and enrichment services (via independent providers)
Parent coaching, consultations, and educational services

Digital content, courses, and downloadable resources
Retail products (in-store and/or online)
Space rentals and provider subleases
Some services are provided directly by The Mother’s Garden, while others are delivered by independent providers operating within our collective.
2. NO MEDICAL OR CLINICAL ADVICE
The information provided through our website, programs, and services is for educational and informational purposes only.
We do not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice unless explicitly stated.
Any therapy services are provided by independent licensed professionals, not The Mother’s Garden directly.
Always consult your physician or qualified provider regarding medical or mental health concerns.
3. INDEPENDENT PROVIDER DISCLAIMER
The Mother’s Garden operates as a collaborative provider space.
Providers (e.g., SLPs, BCBAs, counselors, tutors) are independent contractors, not employees of The Mother’s Garden.
We are not responsible for:
The services delivered by independent providers
Clinical decisions, treatment plans, or outcomes
Billing practices or insurance claims handled by providers
Clients enter into separate agreements directly with each provider.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
By using our services, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Use services respectfully and lawfully
Supervise your children unless otherwise specified
Follow all posted rules when using our space
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive behavior.
5. APPOINTMENTS, BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
Services & Sessions
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated
Cancellation policies may vary by service or provider
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in fees
Workshops & Events
All registrations are final unless otherwise specified
Refunds may be issued at our discretion or if an event is canceled
Digital Products
All sales are final for digital downloads, courses, and memberships
6. MEMBERSHIPS & SUBSCRIPTIONS
If applicable:
Memberships may include access to digital content, events, or community features
Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis
You may cancel at any time; however, no partial refunds will be issued
7. SPACE USE & LIABILITY
When using The Mother’s Garden physical space:
You assume responsibility for your personal belongings
Children must be supervised unless in a scheduled session
You agree to use equipment, materials, and space safely
We are not liable for:
Injuries sustained on the premises (except where required by law)
Lost, stolen, or damaged personal items
8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
By participating in any activities (workshops, classes, play, etc.), you acknowledge:
There are inherent risks involved
You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages
You agree to release and hold harmless The Mother’s Garden from any claims arising from participation.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content created by The Mother’s Garden, including:
Courses
Printables
Logos, branding, and materials
Written and visual content
is the property of The Mother’s Garden and may not be:
Reproduced
Distributed
Shared publicly
without written permission.
10. PRIVACY
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting your personal information and will not share your data except as required to provide services or comply with the law.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS & SERVICES
